We do everything in our power to ensure you receive the highest quality comics however, we can not guarantee 9.8 comics every shipment.Â

Processing Time:
Our typical processing time is typically 2-4 business days. The quickness of the processing time also changes on the day the order is placed. If an order is placed after 12:00pm Est the "processing time" will not start until the following day. The processing time also excludes orders made on the weekends. As our hours of operation are 9am-5pm est. The processing time also excludes orders placed around the holidays (Christmas, New Years Eve/Day , Easter , Thanksgiving, & Independence Day) . Processing time may exceed the 2-4 business days to alloy employees to enjoy time with their families.Â
International Shipping
International customers may be responsible for any additional charges through customs.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When contacting us you will be prompted to provide pictures of the damaged item(s) as well as the damaged packaging.Â
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
